First. The question whether the contract is for an option and therefore illegal, under section 130 of the Criminal Code, has again been fully and ably argued. "We see no occasion for departing from the ruling of the court in Skinner v. Osgood, supra. Since then the Supreme Court has, in Ubben v. Binnian, 182 Ill. 508, and in Loeb v.
