— This is an action on the part of appellants to annul a special assessment, made upon their lands by tibe respondent to assist in the payment for the construction of a sewer. Judgment went against appellants, denying their prayer for relief, and granting to respondent a judgment and decree of foreclosure for the amount assessed on the lands affected.
