This action was brought to recover the value of certain goat skins.alleged to-have been wrongfully converted by the"defendants. These skins, consisting of • two lots — one designated M. H. S: CL V. and the other D. R.—-were stored by plan tiff’s assignor at different times with one Weber in warehouses kept by him.
