The defendant traded a half section of Dakota land to the plaintiff at the agreed price of $6,400, and at the same time executed a contract and bond agreeing to sell the same land for the plaintiff within two years for *290the sum of $6,400, with interest at 6 per cent., less rents received from the land during the intervening time.
