Appeal by the plaintiff from an order of the district court of the county of Hennepin setting aside the service by publication of a summons in an action for divorce. She obtained an order from the court for the service of the summons by publication, which was based upon the return of the sheriff of the proper county that the defendant could not be found therein, and her own affidavit.
