The only item in the auditor’s account filed in this case, which is excepted to, is the allowance of commissions to the receivers at the rate of 5 per cent, on the total amount received by them. The amount so received is $168,275.73, and the commissions al*426lowed are $8,413.78. The time covered by the account'runs from February 10th to May 31st, 1906, three months and eighteen days.
