HOUGH, District Judge.

Prior to 1901, the Carthusian monks, of whom the complainant herein is the Father Superior, conducted a manufacture of liqueurs near their chief monastery and not far from *1017Grenoble, France. The history of this business is sufficiently set forth in Bauer v. Order of Carthusian Monks, 120 Fed. 78, 56 C. C. A.
