This appeal brings to our notice for the second time the will of Theodore S. Bantz, late of Baltimore City.

Mr. Bantz died in June, 1904, at an advanced age in Dr. Gundry’s Sanitarium for feeble-minded persons to which he had been sent in December, 1902, as a sufferer from senile dementia.
