The Arkansas Townsite Company, a Missouri corporation,, by its deed dated October 25, 1900, conveyed to Hendrix College, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas, for a consideration of one dollar expressed in the deed, certain lots of real estate in the town of Mena, Arkansas.
