The O. S. Richardson Fueling Company, a corporation, for the use of Devi Windmuller, began an action of assump-sit in the circuit court of Cook county against John Sey--mour, Antoine E. Cartier, Richard A. Seymour and ElwyiT W. Seymour to recover for coal sold and delivered to the steamer Puritan, in 1895.
