Appellant procured a judgment by confession in the circuit court of Cook county against appellee upon a warrant of attorney contained in a lease in which appellant was lessor and appellee lessee. Thereafter appellee entered a motion to vacate the judgment and for leave to plead, but the circuit court denied the motion.
