This is a suit for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been received through the fault of the defendant; the plaintiff claiming judgment for $36,000. Plaintiff alleged that on or about the 17th of January, 1907, petitioner purchased a ticket from defendant’s station agent at Huttig, Union county, Ark.
