CHATFIELD, District Judge.

The complainant has filed a bill asking for an injunction with relation to an article published by the American Law Book Company in the Cyclopedia of Law & Procedure under the head of “Evidence.” This article is contained in 17 chapters, of which 10 are contained in volume 16 of the Cyclopedia, and the remaining seven are contained in volume 17 of that publication.
