This cause is now heard upon an application of the Brooklyn Trust Company and other corporations for leave to intervene and become defendants herein and to file an answer and cross-bill. For the purpose of obtaining admission as defendants, the proposed answer and cross-bill is presented, and leave to file same is sought.
