On April 28th, 1908, at ten minutes after four o’clock in the afternoon, a judgment was recovered in the supreme court of this state against the defendant company, impleaded with others. The suit was on a promissory note of which the defendant company was the maker, and, consequently, the party primarily liable. The other defendants were endorsers.
