ADAMS, District Judge.

This action was brought by the India Refining- Company against the steamship Neidenfels, to recover the damages suffered, said to amount to $2,000, by reason of a shipment of 60 packages of cocoanut oil, from Colombo, Ceylon, not being delivered at New York in the same good condition in which it was received.
