The property in. question, was pur*173chased in 1872 by Azelie Francoise, who is still living, daring the community which existed between her and her husband, Jean Baptiste Matbieu, wbo died in 1886.

Tbe act of purchase contains no declaration that it was made with her separate paraphernal funds by ber separately administered and for account of ber separate paraphernal estate.
