Anton Wesolowsky, defendant in error, hereinafter called plaintiff, brought an action in the County Court of Cook County in assumpsit, for the use of the Edward Hines Lumber Company, against John Twarog, plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, to recover a balance due on a building contract and for extras.
