Affirming.

On May 14, 1912, tbe grand jury returned into tbe Jefferson Circuit Court, Criminal Division, an indictment charging appellant, J. A. Thompson, with tbe offense of having carnal knowledge of a female under sixteen years of age. Trial was begun November 11, 1912, and resulted in a verdict finding appellant guilty.
