-J. W. Cooke, of Maben, Miss., owned a lot in the city of Birmingham, on which was situated the “Bonita Theater.” The Messer Real .Estate & Insurance Company, as the agents of Cooke, *238rented out this property, looked after its taxes, and collected the rents.
