This is an action of debt brought by Pedro Orcasitas Mu-ñoz in the District Court of San Juan, Section 1, against Genaro Márquez Eoig and Palmira López Guzmán, the latter as heir of Antonio López Cuadra and represented by her guardian, Josefa López Bustelo. Summons was issued and returned as follows:
