This action was begun in justice’s court and removed by appeal to the circuit court of .Calhoun county, where a retrial by jury resulted in a verdict and judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $50, being the amount of a commission found due for sale of a house and lot. Defendant was a contractor and builder residing in Battle Creek, Mich.
