A. E. Wilkerson obtained a judgment against John Cervenka for $169.-84 in a justice of the peace court, and thereafter, under an execution issued upon that judgment, B. M. McLaughlin, constable of the court referred to, levied upon two mules as the property of John Cervenka to satisfy that judgment.
