This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court for Douglas county. The plaintiff and appellee, Prances A. Rankin, leased from the defendant, the Elizabeth Kountze Real Estate Company, a corporation,, a certain apartment in a building containing six apartments. The apartment which she rented was on the first floor and on the south side of the building.
