On September 30, 1916, M. Rosenman & Son, the Standard Oil Company, and the Keuster-Dowe Company, *870creditors, in amounts aggregating about $600, filed their petition setting forth: That the McKinnon Company, a mercantile corporation, with its principal place of business at Maxton, N. C., in said district, was indebted to an amount exceeding $1,000.
