HIGGINS, J.

On January 1, 1916, in cause No. 3806, a judgment was rendered in the county court of Taylor county in favor of the First State Bank & Trust Company of Abilene, Tex., alleged to be a private corporation, against the defendants John Sayles, J. B. Knox, H. J. Bradshaw, and T. F. Scott, for the sum of $1,190.33, with interest and costs.
