This is a suit in trespass to try title, filed October 14, 1913, in the Sixty-First district court of Harris county, Tex., by James Stephens and Susan V. Stephens against H. C. House and others for an undivided one-sixth of the Mary Owens league, lying partly in Harris county and partly in Montgomery county, Tex.
