This was a suit in the city court of Savannah, by the Georgia Cotton Company, as shipper and consignee, against the Central of- Georgia Railway Company, for the value of sixty-', five bales of cotton, transported over the lines of the defendant from several points in Alabama to Troy, Alabama.
