Supreme Court of Georgia August 13, 1918, No. 700 (Durrence v. Sizer Timber Co.)
Also known as
United States · · · 13-08-1918
Atkinson, J.

The evidence was sufficient to support the verdict, and there was no error in refusing a new trial.
Judgment affirmed.
All the Justices concur.
