The appellees, J. F. Robertson and wife, instituted this suit to cancel an oil and mineral lease executed and delivered by them to the appellant, C. A. Turner, upon a tract of land owned by appel-lees in Throckmorton county. The effort to cancel the lease is based upon a petition which appellant insists is insufficient as against a general demurrer.
