The defendant was convicted of violating subdivision 13, article 2, section 11, chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances, which reads as follows: “ No vehicle shall be allowed to remain upon or be driven through any street, so as wilfully to blockade or obstruct the traffic of that street.
