Appellant the Chicago and Western Indiana Railroad Company filed its bill in the circuit court of Cook county May 13, 1919, to remove cloud from and quiet its title to the west 100 feet of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 12, township 37, north, range 14, east, in Cook county.
