In the appeal taken by the defendants from the judgment of the District Court of Ponce allowing recovery by the plaintiff of a certain sum of money for damages, the appellants allege in this court, and for the first time in this action, that the trial court and this court have no jurisdiction of the subject-matter of the action, because the
