The petition signed by the trustees represents that an involuntary petition was filed against the bankrupt-on November 21, 1919, and that upon the same day, upon the petition of Archibald Palmer, Esq., representing creditors of the bankrupt, a special commissioner was appointed for the purpose of taking testimony under section 21a of the Bankruptcy Act (Comp. St. § 9605).
