(after stating the facts as above). the purpose of this motion the allegations must be taken *6as true. Therefore the seizure of the petitioner’s papers was without warrant and in defiance of his most fundamental constitutional rights. The seizure must also be taken as directed by the Department of Justice and under the immediate control of a Deputy Attorney General.
