Plaintiffs, J. B. Beach and V. II. Beach, doing business under the name of the Beach Plumbing & Heating Company, filed this suit against the Western Builders, Inc., hereinafter called Western Builders, R. A. Cos, M. Whitley, C. C. Morgan, and O. C. Yeazie and C. S. Gaynor, the last-named' two composing a partnership doing' business under the name of Yeazie & Gaynor.
