This case concerns the sale of certain machinery in a factoiy belonging to the Fehigh Machine Com-' *106pany and situate in the borough of Lehightop, Pa. The court below, in which was the receivership of said company, forbade its receivers selling said machinery, and from the entry of such order the latter took this appeal.
