WALKER, J.

An information was filed in the Circuit Court of Dent County charging the appellant with

the unlawful possession and sale of intoxicating liquors. The count charging the sale was dismissed. A trial was had to a jury on the remaining charge, resulting in a conviction and fine of three hundred dollars.
