LATTIMORE, Judge.

Appellant was convicted in the District Court of Potter County of statutory rape, and his punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of thirty years.

From the record we learn that appellant -married the mother of prosecutrix a few years prior to the date of the occurrence made the subject of the instant charge.
