— This was an action in assumpsit brought by the plaintiff against the defendant, a Delaware corporation, to recover the amount claimed on a certificate of indebtedness dated Feb. 6, 1920, purporting to be signed by the defendant corporation by R. C. Bennet, its alleged general manager.
