The plaintiff brought this action to recover the sum of $2,017.62, a balance due upon a note in the sum of $5,000 dated October 1, 1920, due ninety days after date, executed by the defendant corporation, indorsed by Simon Gilbertson, Anton Storvick, Aimer C. Mildahl, A. F.
