New York Court of Claims January 15, 1924, Claim No. 17408 (Wolf v. State)

Per Curiam.

The claimant presents a claim against the state, alleging that her intestate was killed through the negligence of the state, in not properly guarding a state highway and not having barriers thereon, whereby her deceased was killed on the 30th of July, 1922. The state highway was under the patrol system at the time.
