(On July 17, 1919, W. B. Huddleston and wife executed to the Oil Fork Development Company an oil and gas lease on a tract of land in Cumberland county, “for the term of two years (and so long thereafter as oil or gas is produced from the land leased and royalty and rentals' paid therefor).
