This is a certiorari proceeding to review the judgment of the circuit court denying compensation to the dependent widow and minor children of a deceased employee under the Workmen's Compensation Law (Laws 1919, p. 206). The sole question presented is whether the injury, causing death, arose out of and in course of the employment.
