— J. P. Piper, P. W. Eockstraw, George T. Eichards, Wayne McKee and Alice A. Trill, hereinafter called plaintiffs, filed this suit in the superior court of Pima county, against Charles P. Eeiniger, hereinafter called defendant, and the Mile Wide Copper Company, a corporation, hereinafter called the company.
