This is a suit brought by the Standard Chemical Company against the county treasurer of Montrose county, to enjoin him, as treasurer, from distraining and selling the plaintiff’s property to satisfy an excessive sum appearing on the tax roll extended by the county assessor. The trial was to the court without a jury.
