On April 26, 1922, appellee, Alice Sinclair Jones, filed her bill in the circuit court of Cook county against appellant, Eliza J. Jenkinson, praying that the court declare the interests of the parties respecting a joint investment in certain lots in the city of Chicago and for an accounting between them.
