This is an action in equity by the Lamont Savings Bank against J.- S. Luther, county treasurer, and P. T. Bushby, sheriff, respectively, of Buchanan County, Iowa, to enjoin the collection of certain taxes which plaintiff alleges were illegally assessed against the shareholders for the year 1920.
