Claiming that the Thompson Meat & Trading Company, a Montana corporation, did not on or before March 1, 1922, file a report showing its condition on December 31, 1921, as required by section 6003, Revised Codes of 1921, the plaintiff brought this action against the defendants, who were directors of that corporation at all the times involved,
