This is an appeal from an order of the district court of LaMoure county vacating a default judgment entered against, the defendants, W. C. and M. C. Scheel. The order was made upon the apxdication of the judgment debtors.

Tbe plaintiff brought suit against tbe Medberry elevator ■ company and the defendants as makers of a promissory note, dated Noveinber 1, 1920.
